Our second offering in the Maxi-Scooter arena! We've taken the time tested design of the Corbin saddle and applied it for comfort on your scooter. Ergonomically shaped seating buckets provide excellent weight dispersion and amazing comfort. We've even built in hardware to provide for removable backrests in the rider AND passenger positions. With a backrest in place, the rider's seating area offers 16 inches of vertical support.

Corbin backrests are simple to install and adjust easily to your riding posture. Just slide the backrest shaft into the internal hardware and lock it in place with a single bolt. You can then set the backrest angle to your preferred setting and lock it in with the easily accessible adjustment screw. Choose from a variety of backrest styles to suit your taste although we recommend the #02-S Ovalbac for a good combination of looks and support. With a backrest in place, the rider's seating area offers 16 inches of vertical support.

In the front, we have special hardware built in that allows the backrest to fold down and also to adjust fore - aft. This enables you to set the backrest position to your stature. Again, adjustment is very simple and does not require the seat to be removed from the bike... just change out a single set screw! To supply total comfort, the Corbin backrest is sculpted just like the saddle to provide an ergonomic fit to your body and give you support without pressure points.

Seat and backrest are built up with our exclusive Comfort Cell^® foam. Comfort Cell^® is nearly twice as firm as the stock foam so it offers long lasting support. This closed cell foam retains resilience indefinitely and will actually break in to take on your shape as the miles roll by. Under the foam is our rigid Fibertech basepan that is specially designed to support the foam shape and fit perfectly to every contour of your bike. The shape of this basepan keeps the same storage capacity under the saddle. Also, the Corbin saddle is designed to work with after-market trunks (see Standard Dual page for pics).

To further customize the look of your bike, we can provide a variety of back plate options on our Ovalbac series backrests. Our standard back plate has a leather look (ABS) or choose from Carbon-Fiber look, Aluminum look or even primer if you'd like to have it custom painted. For a little extra, we can now provide a Chromed steel model if you want a flashier appearance.

Genuine leather seating is included in your choice of colors and styles. Likewise, a tasteful color coordinated welt if you choose. Leather is a great seating surface for saddles because it is a natural product that will breathe and not trap too much heat against your body. It will also break in along with the foam shape and provide a personalized fit. Just be sure to care for it properly with a quality conditioner like our Saddle Cream. This will help your seat to remain weather resistant and age gracefully while it develops its own unique character (just like a leather jacket). Available in a Standard model and a Tall model with seating two inches further back.

Installation:	#S-BURG
	We make this seat basepan a little different on this model. You will notice certain areas of the basepan are left open and you can see the foam inside. This will not inhibit the performance of the seat in any way and is done intentionally to lighten seat weight.
	Note: Passenger backrest will not work if you have an additional trunk installed on your bike. Be sure not to install the trunk too far forward as it may inhibit the seat's hinge operation.
	Corbin saddles (with very few exceptions) include Genuine Leather Seating to provide a luxurious look and feel....   don't let anybody tell you that vinyl is just as good! You wouldn't buy vinyl boots would you?
	WARNING: Heater elements (when available) should never be installed in motorcycle seats that will be used by riders that cannot sense heat. This could create a hazardous condition.

NOTE: Corbin products are designed to fit very close for cleanest look. Due to this, other accessories or options can inhibit proper fit. As an example: Tank Consoles (dashes), ignition modules, exhaust systems, sissy bars, etc. If you have accessories installed on your bike, please let us know so we can verify the fit for you. Corbin Accessories should never be used with missing or damaged hardware as this can create an unsafe situation for rider &/or passengers.

CUSTOM COVERS: You are always welcome to choose from our wide variety of colors and material options for your saddle. We provide these options at no extra charge as long as we can use our existing cover patterns. Creating a new cover design requires specialized custom work and will result in additional charges.

SADDLE WARRANTY: Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters, Coolers and workmanship are warranted for one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back for refining of shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

FIBERGLASS WARRANTY: Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit refunds are not available.
