Corbin's exclusive Rumble Seat offers you the best of both worlds... Slick solo looks and passenger capability with a flip of the wrist.
Convenient and easy to use, this seat design features an all new hinge mechanism that secures the passenger fold down backrest in either position effortlessly. When down, the passenger rest gives the seat a sleek integrated look and provides additional lower back support for the rider. The rear finishing plate is painted to coordinate with your OEM color and give a flawless profile.
When you wish to carry passengers, just fold up the rear pad to reveal a generous passenger seating area complete with backrest that provides 16 inches of vertical support. Switching the saddle to passenger mode also activates the integrated brake light in the rear plate for added safety. Naturally, the saddle looks great in either position and is finished in your choice of styles for a totally custom look.
Of course the entire saddle and backrest pad are constructed with our Comfort Cell® foam to give firm support and increased riding range. Our foam material feels firm when you first ride it, but this firmness is what gives you the ability to ride great distances in comfort... long lasting support! The most versatile seat design available for your 'Wing. On the rear of the seat the painted panel emulates the Honda bodywork.
In the saddle we've maximized each of the riding positions to provide the greatest area of body contact possible, thus spreading your weight over a greater area. This helps to eliminate hot spots and provides excellent support for the long rides. Both seating platforms have been ergonomically sculpted to spread weight properly and support your body.
We also offer an option of heated rider seating for your Rumble seat design. We incorporate a heater unit under the leather seating and a switch on the left side of the saddle (so you can turn it on without removing your hand from the throttle). Just flip the switch and the seat will warm up and maintain temperature automatically through an integrated controller. A true bit of luxury for those chilly morning rides! Corbin's heater wires easily into your battery with all wiring and adapters included. NOTE: Only the front seating area is heated on this model.
Rumble Seat features genuine leather seating for a perch that breathes with your body and breaks in with the foam shape for a personalized fit. Choose from a variety of leather styles to customize the look of the saddle. In the side panels and tail, we use a coordinating vinyl material to keep your foam shape tight and the saddle looking sharp longer. Leather makes an excellent cover for a motorcycle seat because it is extremely durable and luxurious to ride on. As your saddle ages, the leather will take on its own unique character just like your leather jacket does.

Rumble seat installs easily on your bike similar to your stock seat. All brackets come pre-installed on your new Corbin seat so it is ready for immediate installation. We also include a wire tap and pigtail to integrate the saddle with your brake light. Naturally, if you opt for the heated model, we include all needed wiring to complete this installation as well.

Perfecting the Ergos: When Mike picked up his 'Wing, he carefully evaluated the ergonomics and did a lot of seat time to determine the best riding position... or as we call it, the Sweet Spot. Our seat models plant you in this perfect spot which gives you the best feeling of integration with your bike and comfort value. Some have found the reach to the bars to be a tad too much in this position, but moving the seating forward would create additional knee bend which isn't ideal. We suggest going with the Tour Performance bar risers from HeliBar. They provide an additional 5/8" in height and pull back 2 3/4" to the rider. Sets the new Gold Wing up just about perfect!
