MAX Classic Solos provide wider, more dished seating than our Classic Solo with a classy nostalgic look.
Max Classic Solo maximizes rider comfort and support with configurations for riders of varying stature: Standard Solo works for most riders while Close saddle places rider closer to the bars and has a lower seat height. Both models work with Corbin's pillion pad options to allow maximum versatility.
Wide, sculpted seating position creates a larger area of contact for excellent weight distribution. Shaped like your body to eliminate pressure points and give long lasting support that will keep you in the saddle all day. Combined with a variety of pillions, trunk pads and sissybar pads, you have maximum versatility in one package.
Corbin's rigid fibertech basepan provides a perfect fit and is built low to hug the frame. This allowed us to create a foam shape that keeps you in the sweet spot which provides a better center of gravity and more positive feeling of control. Deep, supportive bucket design gives excellent vertical back support. All of this adds up to a very relaxed posture and comfortable ride so you'll be able to go out and put serious miles under the tires.
Inside, our exclusive Comfort Cell foam provides firm support that stays resilient indefinitely. We cast this special Closed Cell material nearly twice as firm as the stock foam to support your body weight for day long comfort. That's why we always say "firm is a good thing!"
Designed to work with an optional Corbin backrest for added comfort and support. Angle adjustable to fit a wide variety of riding postures. Internal hardware keeps a clean look on your bike. Works with a variety of Corbin backrest models. We recommend model #BR Edge for a very good blend of form and function.
Max Classic Solos work with either of two passenger pillion seat models to suit your taste and riding needs. Touring pillion is shaped for a large contact patch and maximum passenger comfort. 50's style pillion provides a slimmer profile for clean looks with medium range passenger support. Both models will work with all three Tour-Pak models or with the HD detachable sissy bar system. Constructed of the same high quality materials as the solo and are covered to match for an integrated look.
When using a sissy bar or Tour Pak, we offer coordinated backrest pads to match your Corbin system. In the images above we show our Ovalbac Trunkrest (#HD-503 or #HD-PAK-14-T-PAD) on the Chopped Tour Pak. For the detachable sissy bar we show #SR backrest pad to match the rider's backrest. We offer contoured touring quality backrest pads that coordinate with your driver's backrest or a new Armrest version for maximium passenger support. All components are covered to match your Corbin saddle system.

We prefer leather seating because it is durable, will breathe with your body and adapt with the foam shape as it breaks in. Vinyl side panels help to support the foam shape and keep the cover looking nice longer. A wide variety of color and texture options are available at no additional charge.
Both models feature the option of an electric seat heater for an added bit of luxury. Connecting easily to your HD harness with an included pigtail, the Corbin seat heater is controlled via a conveniently located switch along the left side. Heat setting is maintained automatically by integrated controller. You just connect the Corbin supplied pigtail and enjoy the warmth on those chilly morning rides.
Corbin's solo uses our key lock system for easy on and off. Once the included brackets are mounted, the saddles will install and remove with a simple twist of a key. Corbin brackets mount to stock locations on your bagger and are very simple to install. Our passenger pillion seats install with a tongue under the Corbin Solo saddle and a single bolt into the fender at the rear. For a clean, tool-free installation use one of our thumbscrews here. Corbin's Classic Solo works with HD crashbar installed.
