Naturally, we set out to design a seat to fit the bike visually as well as improving the quality of your ride. Our high density Comfort Cell foam allows a sleek, low profile while providing a firm supportive ride that lasts. Rider seating is ergonomically shaped to fit the curve of your body and provide better weight distribution and eliminate the "hammock" shape of the stock seat that pinches in all the wrong places. This also helps to eliminate the centralized pressure felt from the stock seat.
We've designed the seating position on the XDiavel V4 seat to move the rider into the sweet spot on the bike and relieve the cramped seat to peg ergos. This provides longer riding range without fatigue. Seat height is between the stock Ducati seat and their "Tall" seat version which gives us the ability to neutralize the seating platform. In the nose area, we sculpt the saddle to allow for good ground reach.
Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. This gives your passenger good short to mid-range comfort with a very clean look at the rear of the saddle. Custom cover pattern allows for a real personal touch to this model.
Notice how close the Corbin saddle fits to the tank and chassis... this kind of fit comes only from a Corbin saddle and our unique Fibertech basepan. Our rigid base material not only fits perfect to the bike, but provides a firm foundation to support the carefully designed foam shape. Corbin's ergonomic shaping creates a visually pleasing look on the motorcycle and adds to the custom appeal.
For the cover, we include genuine leather, Alcantara and a wide range of custom options for a luxurious ride. Shown here we used: Charcoal Alcantara seating with Matte Black side panels and tail with Red stitching, Red assembly stitching and Red Corbin logo with an Italian themed embelishment.
We offer genuine leather and Alcantara seating because it breathes with your body and will conform along with the foam shape during break in. This provides an added bit of luxury on those long rides. In the side panels, we use a coordinating vinyl material that will support the foam shape and keep the saddle looking sharp longer.

ERGONOMIC SHAPING:
A major part of the design criteria of the Corbin saddle is its
ergonomic shape. This means the saddle's foam shape is designed
to emulate the curves of the human body. This provides more
square inches of body contact and helps eliminate hot spots.
This shaping also neutralizes the seating platform to help curb
sliding in the saddle, which reduces fatigue. In a nutshell:
more comfort for a longer ride!

PATENTED MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY:
Always an innovator, Mike Corbin invented Integrated Molding
technology, which is now the process by which all Corbin
saddles are made. This process allows extremely tight
tolerances and creates a chemical bond between the foam and
base material.

Corbin saddle installs like stock and integrates with the Ducati key lock system. Brackets come premounted on the Corbin seat.
We designed our seat for the best ergonomics and to place the rider in the sweet spot of the bike. This saddle does have a taller seat height than the Ducati seat model.

SADDLE WARRANTY:
Basepan, foam and hardware of the Corbin saddle is warranted to the original
owner for life. Cover materials, Heaters and workmanship are warranted for
one year. Product will only be authorized to be shipped back for refining of
shape or to replace/rectify defective parts. In cases where the rework requires
a new cover, a recover charge will be applied. Cash or credit refunds are not
available. All goods being handled for customer service consideration must be
accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).
FIBERGLASS WARRANTY:
Structural integrity of Corbin fiberglass components are warranted to the
original owner for life. Finish and paint are warranted against manufacturing
defect for one year. Damage to product and / or painted surfaces from outside
forces or misuse is specifically not covered under warranty. Cash or credit
refunds are not available. All goods being handled for customer service
consideration must be accompanied by a Corbin receipt and a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number.
