Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how happy I am with my recent purchase from your shop. I have bought other Corbin saddles from local dealers, but never had contact with your shop. Before I have had a couple problems which you fixed thru the dealer. I stood away for a couple years, bought Mustangs and other terrible seats. I just bought a 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero. Tried a couple OEM seats, terrible again!!! So I picked up the phone to give you guys another try, actually just to ask questions. Account rep Jessica Gonzales answered the phone. It was about 4:45 p.m. your time, which I figured close to your closing time, so I thought I would be rushed off the line, but Jessica went over everything with me, got the right materials and 45 minutes later, I bought it. She was awesome! Great with customers, an asset to your business. Just thinking how customer service use to be if a person spends a dollar at your business, they were treated the same way as the thousand dollar customer. That's the way it should be. This s the treatment I received when I called back a few times. Always helped out on status of product and always treated nicely. The product arrived very fast, nicely packed and awesome craftsmanship. This seat makes my bike. I am proud of what I received and the way I was treated. Believe me, when I say I will tell others my sale was only $485.00, not alot, but alot for me!!!
