I would like to thank Marissa. She was the only person to really tell me what was going on with my order and she followed up on it. She got up from her seat and went to the back, so what she was telling me was the truth. I did not want to be a pain in the ass, but I knew I was getting a runaround from the guys I spoke with. I did call a few times because I wanted my seat before Christmas and Marissa helped and I hope someone can recognize her great performance in her job. I'm going to call her and thank her personally. I do love my new seat and the fit is better then I could have hoped for.
