Is it too late to say Happy Halloween?
Dammit late again! Well, the team really went nuts making the arguably creative graphic you see at the top of this email (if you have your graphics turned on), so we're going with the Halloween theme anyway, alright? After all, there must be two, maybe three whole minutes invested in it... I'd hate to be the one to lay it to waste.

* * * OCTOBER WINNER * * *
We know what you're really looking for, so we may as well just come out with it.... The lucky recipient of a $300 Corbin Gift Certificate for the month of October is:
If you ARE Ken, then drop me a confirmation e-mail at: email@example.com within the next two weeks. If you are not Ken and you send me an email anyway, well... you don't get anything. Sorry. But thanks for reading!
* * * BUILDING A BETTER JACK-O-LANTERN * * *
After 2006's humiliating defeat in the annual Corbin pumpkin carving contest, the crack Marketing/IT staff pulled out all the stops this year. Our efforts paid off as the entry shown here took top honors (Thank you very much).
If you're insanely bored (or wasting your boss's time reading this at work), check our video of the ghoulish gourd by clicking on the thumbnail at right or the link below. Motion sensor activated video production, LED light show and flowing blood... how can you go wrong? After that you should probably get back to work.

* * * ANOTHER FORMAT CHANGE * * *
It's fairly obvious that Chuck is not capable of producing this missive on a regular schedule in its current format which renders it near-useless. Way I see it, I've got three choices:
Discontinue the newsletter
Pass it off on someone else
Change the format yet again
Since choices 1 and 2 would involve me having to do real work instead, that's out. So it looks like another format change is in order. We don't know what it's going to be yet or how it will be implemented, but something new and exciting is about to happen. Maybe exciting is a bit over stated, but we'll ponder it over a toddy or two and see what happens.
* * * THINGS YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN * * *
Because we don't have anything else entertaining to write about, we'll share more random 'Net-nuggets. For the second month is a row, we've managed to find some entertaining content on YouTube (go figure). Never mind that some of it was created by us in an attempt to trick you into viewing our new Raven video. Just go along with it will ya?

The season is already winding down and it looks like we'll be able to give our truck driver (Steve) a break here pretty soon. You can still catch up with us at the upcoming California Bike week November 9-11, culminating in the annual Love Ride. Swing on by the Fairplex in Pomona, CA if you get a chance!
See ya next time!
