It's Spring... right?! Last time we wrote it looked great for us here on the left coast, but that changed immediately after I mentioned it (I should know better). Likewise, our brethren to the east were getting pounded by a storm of ark-like magnitude. So for now I'm just going to keep my trap shut and hope for the best. Ride safe.

Free Corbin duckets just for reading their newsletter? It sounds too good to be true. Well, every month one person is going to prove that wrong. And for this month, that person is: TED SMITH.
OK Ted, if you're reading this you can lay claim to a $300 Corbin gift certificate. All you have to do is drop me a line with your snail mail address to: email@example.com. And don't forget, this expires in just two weeks. If we don't hear from you by then, we're going to put it back up for grabs.
What's Up Chuck?!
No, we're not asking you to describe "upchuck"... I'm relaying what I've been hearing alot lately. "What's up Chuck? What happened to the Corbin Newsletter? It's the most finely crafted piece of literature I've ever read and I miss it!" OK, I made up that last part, but we still feel compelled to explain.
In the interest of a better newsletter, we did some major restructuring and switched to an outside vendor for newsletter distribution. It's a part of the culture around Corbin's, push to get better in all things, at all times. So with that in mind we set out on a journey of undelivered mail, spam reports, incorrect formating and general disarray. Grrr...
On top of that, the new phone system we had installed back in January has (so far) been a four month long kick in the boy parts. They say that "If you're going to bake a cake, you have to break some eggs", but I thought they were speaking figuratively.
Forget all the bells and whistles that VoIP has to offer, just give us a phone that receives calls and doesn't hang up on people. Is that too much to ask? If you've tried to reach us and had a hard time... we're sorry. Very, very, very sorry. But hey, at least it was expensive.
*HOLLISTER RALLY 2007
Yes, the rally is back! With a whole new layout and renewed spirit for the 60th Anniversary of The Wild One. This year's event takes place on July 6, 7 and 8 right in the heart of downtown Hollister. After a one year absence, the whole town is looking forward to the best Hollister Rally ever staged. Thanks to the efforts of Horsepower Promotions and the locally formed Hollister Motorcycle Rally Committee.
Naturally, Corbin will be hosting an open house during the entire event and would love for you to stop by and tour the factory. We'll post more details as the rally date draws closer. Keep an eye on this spot for developments: www.corbin.com/rally/
So you didn't win the $300 this month. Don't get too upset, you've got another chance to win coming up in just two weeks. In the mean time, we DO have more materials for you to enjoy while your dreaming of the day you'll be dressing up yer bike in Corbin goodies.
Hot off the presses, our new FREE mini-catalog for Victory & Triumph motorcycles. As you're probably already aware, we already released catalogs for Harley-Davidsons and Yamahas and are slowly but surely working our way through every brand. Want to peruse one yourself? No problem, just drop by your local motorcycle shop and ask 'em for a copy.
If you're friendly, neighborhood motorcycle shop doesn't have a copy for you, just drop us a line and we'll be happy to send you one. But you should also probably give the dealer a bad time for not having them. You can reach us at: 800-538-7035 (unless our flagitious phone system decides to hang up on you).
*ON THE ROAD
We've just wrapped up a week in Myrtle Beach, SC where the guys were meeting and greeting from dusk to dawn. Now we're packing up our trailer full of goods and making our way out to Americade. Hope to see you there!

June 4 - 9, 2007
After the last bout of newsletter issues and downright surly mail servers, I feel like we're pushing our luck making this missive any longer. So without further ado, we bid you all a fond farewell and many happy miles with the air in your hair. Talk to you in just a couple weeks (really, we mean it this time!)
